In the golden autumn October, the bay of Dalian Shipping Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd.  is so warm and sunny and the ocean waves are rippling. At 13:58 on the October 19 , Dalian Shipbuilding offshore Co., Ltd.(CSIC)held the naming and delivery ceremony of “offshore oil 945”drilling platform at the dock of the factory, safely and smoothly delivered the  400-feet depth operating water jack-up drilling platform.The delivered drilling platform is the first of four RIGS which had been purchased from CSIC by COSL and the remaining three RIGS will be delivered subsequently.

The original name of “Offshore Oil 945”is “West Titan”, it adopts the American F&G company’s JU2000E design,length 70.36 meters, width 76 meters, depth 9.45 meters, bare weight 18342.4 tons,cantilever beam overall length 55.60 meters, pile leg overall length 166.98 meters. With a maximum water operating depth 122 meters, drilling operating depth 10668 meters(35000 feet), it is classified as American Bureau of shipping ,can proceed drilling work in most part of the sea area globally.

In the process of activation, maintenance, commissioning and functional restoration of the JU2000E drilling platform, Hynes Technology team arranged lots of  manpower and material resources to participate in the commissioning and functional restoration of the platform equipment, laying the foundation for the early delivery of "Offshore Oil 945". The company’s R & D team also provided a lot of technical support for the site work, and independently completed the debugging of all systems. Facing the heavy workload, tight schedule and serious impact of the epidemic, all employees of the company worked together to formulate a thorough work plan, pay attention to risk prevention and control, give full play to solid professional skills, excellent work style and good team spirit, and successfully completed the equipment commissioning and functional restoration tasks of the JU2000E drilling platform,making good performance for the company, winning the recognition and praise of customers.
